An international drilling company operating across four continents needed senior commercial leadership through a demanding pipeline of concurrent contract negotiations. Geopolitical pressure, currency volatility and competing regulatory frameworks were all live at the same time. We provided that leadership throughout, protecting commercial objectives and timelines while managing multiple counterparties simultaneously.
A capital-intensive energy platform approaching equity sell-down into a major infrastructure fund needed commercial and governance frameworks that would hold up under investor and lender scrutiny. We redesigned the route-to-market arrangements, offtake structures and governance from the ground up, improving revenue visibility and bankability before the transaction completed.
